Arcadia Heritage Resort, Darjeeling (West Bengal)

I had a mixed experience at this resort spa. While the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, the room was a bit cold during my stay and didn't have the comfort I expected. The food was homely and hearty, making dining a highlight, but the limited amenities were noticeable. Overall, it offered good value for a short getaway, yet improvement in room comfort would enhance the experience significantly.

My stay was quite enjoyable with spacious and clean rooms that offered a stunning view of the whole Darjeeling. The service was warm and attentive, especially from the reception guy, although there was a little mix-up regarding my breakfast bookings. The location was serene, a bit removed from the busy central area, which I appreciated. However, the heating in the room could be better as it only had a bed warming pad.
